Well balanced program: You are young and I am assuming in otherise good health so your program should be well balance. Aerobic exercise in the form of walking, cycling or light jogging or a combination 3-5 days a week for 30 to 60 minutes. Strength training 2-3 days per week with light weights, use of resistant tubing or weight machines is susggested. Stretching is important and adding a yoga class can be fun.

Push aways: This is where you push away from the table after a well portioned meal. You win the weight control battle by learning proper portion control and sticking with a sound feeding plan for life. It helps to find a physical activity you can enjoy and do daily forever, and the type of activity can be almost anything you can dream up. Get your heart rate up and sweat at least 30 min/day.
