Cholecystokinine: The radioactive material injected during a hida scan is the 99mtc-hida while the non -radioactive part is usually cholecystokinine which will be helpful to evaluate the degree of contraction and the ejection fraction of the gallbladder. Sometimes, in acute conditions, morphine can also be administered.
