Why do my legs and feet ache more in the winter?

Possible Raynauds: Exposure to a cold environment such as in winter (also too much air conditioning) in some otherwise normal people can cause spasm of the small and medium size arteries: raynauds disease. This causes a pale or blue color and some pain. Warm clothes, gloves, heavy socks and shoes and a hat help or move somewhere warm. It is usually a benign. If this sounds not like you check with your M.D.

Poss vascular spasm: Aches can be due to different things. If worse in the cold weather it could be due to spawn of vessels in skin, particularly in fingers and toes. It should improve when these areas are warmed up. Electrolyte (sodium, potassium or calcium) can be abnormal as well. If symptoms are bad would suggest you check with your medical doctor.
