What can cause aching pain on the right leg and slight foot numbness?

Dr. Jeffrey Kass

There are a few: Things that can cause this. The one i would be most concerned about is that you do not have a clot in your leg which potentially may cause both symptoms you mention. This would be considered a medical emergency. If the aching pain in the leg is in your calf then i would advise you seek medical attention immediately.
