May be reflux: Globus sensation or the feeling that something is stuck in your throat can be due to swelling in the area at the beginning of your esophagus. The most likely cause is reflux but there are other causes. It is important to get evaluated to ensure that you are not missing anything dangerous (mass in the throat).
