Either: May be producing too much estrogen and not enough progesterone, either way it is because your ovaries , are not functioning properly, so i assume u ahd all teh blood work and an ultrasound to r/o other cuases like polyps, fibriods, sometimes could be endometriosis. , so most likely u will need pills to regualte yoru cycles or other meds after u have had a proper workup.
