Main one: All drugs have many side effects, including neurontin (gabapentin). One of the most commonly reported side effect is drowsiness especially when initiating or increasing dose for neurontin (gabapentin).

Neurontin (gabapentin) S/E: Dizziness, fatigue, weight gain, oedema, drowsiness, liver toxicity (rare).
