Other stuff: Good hydration is important. Drink water between meals. Also rule out gluten or food sensitivity. Consider good probiotic foods such as kombucha and kefir (can be made with water or goat milk instead). Consider adding betaine hcl as a supplement, taking it in the middle of the meal. Chew food well.
