Little's area: There is a small area of blood vessel confluence in the nostril that is prone to bleeding and usually affects only one side. If it becomes troublesome you should see an ENT specialist to have it cauterized. Dryness is a common trigger. You may use a very small amount of moisturizer in the nostril. Be careful to not use more than a little as it can get into your lungs and cause trouble.
