Raynaud's Disease: This sounds like raynaud's disease, which is when one gets discolored, cold and sometimes painful fingers or toes due to vasospasm (the small blood vessels in the fingers / toes contracting down and inhibiting the blood flow). Emotional stress and cold temperatures are triggers. It is important to figure out the cause, so seeing a specialist is a good idea.
