Phys. therapy, brace: Most mcl sprains (gr 1-3) can be managed with nonoperative treatment. Bracing is indicated with any instability present to allow for solid healing. Motion may be limited to 0-90 for 6 weeks also to allow for solid healing. Straight leg raises are ok initially as they do not stress the healing mcl.
