Maybe: It is an antihistamine and not an analgesic. An antihistamine can provide relief of symptoms from allergic triggers of to toochaches, such as inflammation. However, other types of toothaches need to bee seen by your physician or dental professional.

Perhaps: If the toothache is more a result of some kind of sinus problem the the anti-histamine periactin (cyproheptadine hydrochloride) might provide some relief. Otherwise not.
