A member asked:

What can be done about a red eye for more than three weeks?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Exam: A red eye for three weeks merits an exam, as most minor causes will have resolved in that time period. Add'l symptoms that would prompt an exam include pain, light sensitivity, blurred or hazy vision, or discharge and/or tearing.
