One or both eyes: It could be that you are very tired, you injured your eye, or a foreign body is in the eye. Do not rub the eye. Try commerial eye drops. If you think something is in your eye , with cleanhands lift your upper eyelid over the lower one to see if the irriation goes away. Take out contacts. See an optometrist if this is not helping.
