Depends on stage: Treatments vary depending on whether the neuroblastoma is low, intermediate or high risk. The risk groups depend on stage and genetic markers of the tumor. Treatments include chemotherapy and surgery for most. High risk tumor get quite a bit more treatment, like more chemo, high dose chemo, radiation and some newer treatments.
