Dr. Thomas Namey answered

Specializes in Rheumatology

No cure.: However, virtually completely remmitable. Old drugs, sulfasalazine, steroids, cyclophosphamide, and the new tnf-alpha inhibitors-enbrel, humira, (adalimumab) reimicade can work exceedingly well. The treatments usually improve the psoriasis as well.
