A guess: Would be the "vas deferens" the "cap over the testicle which collects the sperm.....A GUESS IS NOT ENOUGH YOU MUST GET THIS CHECKED OUT BY YOUR PCP OR A UROLOGIST do not delay! Hope this helps Good luck Dr Z
