Rule out tumor: Hard painless lump on testis could be a tumor, tiny lump could be a scrotal pearly which would be end result of a twisted calcified appendix testis (benign). Soft bump could be prominent head of epididymis or epididymal cyst/spermatocele or small hydrocele. When in doubt check itout with a urologist. Scrotal ultrasound usually provides answer. Sooner the better if a tumor, almost 100% curable.
