Troubling: Am not an internist or infectious disease doc, but am concerned about either a chronic illness or infection, and especially troubling is the coughing up blood. Do you use recreational drugs, do you have contact with family members with lung infections, are you running a fever? See your doctor asap, do not wait, many possible answers. Sooner to treat, faster to recover.

More info. needed.: I looked at your profile and the other answer to this question, and i think a work-up is definitely needed to find out more about your present state. You could have many things from excessive bleeding during your period, to a gastrointestinal bleed, to a blood disorder like leukemia. But you will not know unless you go to your local physician or hospital asap. Please go there for a full exam.
