Yes: It's possible to get a pinched nerve from exercise especially if you accelerate weight too fast or aren't careful about form. The first response is ice on the sore spot 20 min out of every hour along with Ibuprofen (if yourstach tolerated it). If you are still in pain in a day or two, see yourdoctor.
