Stress and Libido : There can be a lot of factors affecting the libido. After child birth there are lot of physiological(bodily) changes, hormones and other physical changes.Another common reason is psychological mental health stress issues.Juggling with 3 kids keeping up all day routine, exhaustion being preoccupied. If no medical issues would recommend meeting a therapist / sex therapist to "re-set" relationship.

Talk to husband: A big part of libido comes from feeling of romance and love. Desire is negatively affected by stress and other distractions. Given that you have identified a problem, you achieved the first step toward a solution. It will be helpful to discuss with husband changes in your family schedule to cultivate romance and relaxation. Many couples find it helpful to return to dating each other regularly.

Not uncommon : Were you and husband getting along prior to having your 3 kids? Do you work in addition to caring for family? Are you really tired at the end of the day? Do you & husband have the ability to have uninterrupted time for intimacy? Do you and husband create time just for you two? Are you worried about having more children? Are you happy w/ your body? Just some things to think about!
