See an infertilty : Specialist because u may or may not be able to have them reversed depending on how much tube is left, if u can't then u will have to do in vitro fert which should work but is very expensive.

Reversal: Not knowing the details of how your tubes were tied, i answer in general terms. Usually an in-vitro fertilization (ivf) has the better chance of achieving pregnancy. Surgical reversal of tied tubes has much less certainty of pregnancy.
