Go to ER: What you described suggests acute inflammation and may be appendicitis, salpingitis or intestinal inflammation. Go to the er.

Appendicitis?: Right lower abdominal pain and low grade temperature could be appendicitis. Usually there is associated loss of appetite. You are better off going to the er.

Hard to speculate: The course of your pain, your history and other multiple symptoms enter into the decision. You could have symptoms of early appendicitis, an ovarian or pelvic condition or just gas. If symptoms don't resolve or get better relatively soon, i would go to an urgent care where you can be examined rather than an er. If symptoms rapidly worsen, i would opt for the er.

Appendicitis?: Can be appendicitis, go to er now, it might only get worse if you wait.
