Not everyone can: Possibly you can learn, but like wiggling ears not everyone can. When sexually aroused you produce a vaginal secretion for lubrication. If you produce a lot (it varies individually) and if you can hold it in and collect it, then you can push out all at once and "squirt." the only role your partner has is to get you aroused.
