Orthopedic eval: It might be tough. Normally you would consider bracing while undergoing active growth. At this point i would consult with a orthopedic specialist for options.

Varies: It is based in part on the degree of kyphoscoliosis that you have. If it is severe enough to meet surgical criteria, the spine can be straightened and this would reduce or eliminate the spinal deformity and also increase your height. Don’t hesitate to see a specialist.
