Any neck problems: Sounds like some sort of nerve irritation. Could be arising from a condition in or near the exit of spinal nerves from the spinal column. Possibility is an early symptom of shingles. I would see a dr. For this problem. Possible symptomatic treatment would be anti-epileptic meds like Lyrica (pregabalin) or neruontin or a snri like nortriptyline, effexor, cymbalta. You need to find out what is causing pain.
