Get a physical exam: You need to get a regular physical exam and blood test to tell you are healthy or not. Some people will feel fine even with high blood pressure or high cholesterol.

Great question!: This is an extremely important question for any of us to ask ourselves. Generally, we would experience a feeling of inner freedom, vitality, life purpose, and confidence that we can do what we want to do in the world. Our relationships are healthy. We are relatively free from physical symptoms; our bodies move as we wish and recover easily. We are resilient to stress, and can grow despite this.
