It depends.: Persistent leg pain after an operation may be normal or may be an indication that a problem may persist. It is dependent on the type of operation that you had. You should see your surgeon for full a evaluation.

Usually not: That sounds unusual but it depends on the procedure you had on your leg and the pre procedure condition as well.
