Not much: Gain weight. Outside of that, hip width is determined by bone structure, which is genetic. Might be some plastic surgeons do cosmetic surgery for this.

Have a baby: Once you give birth to baby you might resolve the problem, but usually by your age most of the skeleton is formed and it is the way it is.
