You need to have it : Examined by a foot doctor. Not enough info is being supplied. This can be posterior tibial tendonitis. It can be an accessory navicular (extra bone), it can be so many things. Go visit the foot doc - if your in pain, it won;t get better on its own, particularly if you continually stand on it.
