Expensive Options: Re-attaching your tubes may or may not help you as they have been altered & may not function well enough to allow a natural pregnancy. A fertility center could help you ovulate, harvest some eggs & mix them with dads sperm. A fertilized egg or eggs could then be implanted in your womb. You should explore your options & see which program would be right for you.
