Went to a water park and my 17 month old has a terrible red (flaming red) rash. anything i can use to sooth or heal?

Rash: Did your infant go in one of those slides? If so, it could just be a friction burn. If tender, it could be a developing infection. Wash it well with soap and water and observe for future changes. A visit to the pediatrician maybe an option.

Chlorine rash: It is most likely a chlorine rash, a reaction to excess chlorine in a water. http://www.buzzle.com/articles/chlorine-rash.html. But if it is not any better bring your baby to pediatrician.
