Go back to your doc: Frequent urination that isn't yeast (or other) infection or diabetes mellitus (high sugar) might be due to high calcium (hypercalcemia) or diabetes insipidus (not related to sugar). Or it might be due to urge incontinence from an overactive bladder. Some medications also make you pee more, eg diuretics but so can caffeine & alcohol so keep that in mind when you drink.

Frequent urination: It is often not considered but constipation is probably causing your symptoms. Try taking MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) and/or stool softener and maintain a healthy high-fiber diet plus lots of water.
