STREP TONSILLITIS: Seems like she has exudate in her tonsils. Check for strep tonsillitis if with sx of headache, chills and bodyaches.

Sore throat: If you are referring to pimples in the back of the throat, the sore throat maybe caused by a virus. However, it would be better tot have her doctor check her out to also rule out a strep throat.
