Green tea may help &: I advise organic green tea & low starch diet &exercise.Green tea is widely promoted as an appetite suppressant but research has not confirmed this. However, it does promote weight loss via other mechanisms like boosting metabolism & burning fats.It may reduce cravings for sweets.See www.Healthylifestyletrainer.Com/green-tea-and-weight-loss-true-or-false/ & www.Drfuhrman.Com/library/foodpyramid.Aspx.

Overhyped: Green tea is the latest in a long line of overhyped nutritional products. Claims include weight loss, better health, longer life, better endurance. Do not believe the hype. Yes green tea contains some anti-oxidants and phytonutrients, but it still contains caffiene which is a stimulant and has diuretic properties. Too much green tea is not good for you.
