Get checked: I would still get checked to make sure that placenta is ok, small bleed between uterine wall and placenta can become a problem but initially might not cause any symptoms.

See below: If it was such a minor accident, and you feel fine, then you are okay. However, if you have any concerns, at all, it is best to discuss them with your ob.

Probably not...: It probably isn't necessary, but it's never a bad idea to get checked by your obstetrician to make sure after an injury/accident
