Not related: Yellow teeth - the color of your teeth is determined by the underlying dentin ( intrinsic) and also by food (extrinsic). The extrinsic can be removed with a professional cleaning. The intrinsic can be improved with whitening. The bumps on the roof of your mouth can have many different causes and would be best diagnosed by a visit to your dentist.

Smoking: Are you a smoker as yellow teeth are common with smokers? Teeth will darken as we age. See your dentist to determine solutions for your teeth and the bumps on the roof of your mouth.

Polish teeth: A lot of yellowing can come from surface staining from tobacco, but a common staining will come from tea. To lessen this staning , learn to use lemon in your tea. Other surface staining can be removed with professional cleaning. Yellowing from age cannot be removed easily except with the professional grade whitening procedures. Or you may need to use veneers.
