Worry kills sleep: Worry, or even just an active mind, can keep people awake. If you're worried about something, try writing down what it is and putting the paper aside. Tell yourself that you'll take care of it tomorrow. Then think about something boring like listing all the states in alphabetic order or the names and times of your favorite tv shows. Also, do relaxing things before you go to bed like taking a bath.
