Blotchy hands: It is normal to have intermittent spots/blotches/patches in your palms. They are usually caused by unequal circulation in the skin due to variable state of constriction and dilatation of the veins.

Greetings! I have psoriasis. I have a patch of psoriasis on my arm slightly less than the size of a quarter. For at least two weeks maybe three weeks there has been a scab over the spot. It will bleed sometimes. It is not like the typical psoriasis of flakey skin. I have applied neosporin ointment and triamcinolone cream. What is the issue? Treatment?
