Try to restrain: This is simply an extreme version, what we call hypertrophy, of normal anatomic features. There is no medical treatment and i would not recommend surgical removal because it very well may be ineffective and could create problems and scarring that are worse than what you have.

Treatment may be : Worse than the lesion. You know that the lesion does not need treatment, it is a variation of normal anatomy. Unnecessary intervention can only cause more damage. See this site for more information. http://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/nejmicm076056.
