Urachal cyst- i have fluid leaking through my belly button white yellow colour while on my period..along with mid abdominal pain.. what could this be?

Urachal cyst?: Pain from the belly button/navel down to the bladder or pubic area could be from an abnormal urachus that has a cyst or sinus present and is irritated. Urinary complaints and drainage from the umbilicus (belly button) are other associated symptoms. See a surgeon for further evaluation. The treatment may be simply chemical cauterization in the office or possibly surgery to remove the cyst.

Infection : Sounds like a infection. The cramping may simply be related to your period. See your physician for evaluation for antibiotics and ways to help with the cramping.

Urachal cyst: This could be a urachal cyst or sinus, an umbilical infection, or less likely, a form of endometriosis.
