Is it safe to take zantrex 3 when i have atrial fibrillation i don't take afib meds though?

Don't think so: If you are 22 with chronic atrial fibrillation, you should be on some form of treatment to either slow it down or get rid of it, as well as blood thinners to prevent potential for stroke. Have you seen a cardiologist? Zantrex is a weight loss supplement that contains herbal stimulants; these have not been found to be safe in people with af, and can make it worse. Such supplements are unproven.

Not My Pick...: Let's look at the ingredients. 300mg of caffeine (3-5 cups of coffee), then 7 herbal ingredients that are all caffeine. This is a mix likely to induce and maintain a wide variety of arrhythmias. Best of all, they don't tell you how much of each of those herbs they've got in there. But there is a picture of snookie on the homepage, so there's that... :).
