Sexual side effects: Hi, most of the antidepressants do have sexual side effects and the most common side effect in women is anorgasmia. There is the option of switching to wellbutrin (bupropion) or adding wellbutrin (bupropion) to your antidepressant. This antidepressant has the least chance of this side effect.
