This would have to be done under close supervision of your doctor because the exercise can be very bad for you if done to excess. Smoking affects circulation so quitting is essential. Amino acid l-arginine has been researched but the jury is still out. Increasing vit b. May also be of benefit. Limit caffeine which causes constriction and massage therapy may help.

Circulation/diabetes: The best way to increase circulation is exercise. If there is a blockage or decrease in blood flow to the extremity, exercise while allowing her body to create new vessels around the blockages and thus increases the blood flow to the extremity.
