Yes They definitely: Do, but require time and effort from you, the patient, to make it happen. You need to keep your diabetes in excellent control, perform excellent care of feet, keeping them clean, inspecting them at least twice a day, to ensure there are no cuts/abrasions, ; if you get them, they are immediately cleaned/protected to prevent them from getting infected. Complete courses of antibiotics as advised.
