Pregnancy test: I recommend buying a home pregnancy kit and test yourself. You might not have any symptoms in early pregnancy. If the test comes back negative, test it again in 1 week if your period still haven't come. If it's positive, start taking a prenatal vitamin and call your doctor for confirmation and get set up.
