Get checked: You need to see a urologist and get examined. You could have low testosterone or perhaps performance anxiety.

See your doctor: Medications like Cialis or viagra (sildenafil) can help you acheive and maintain a stronger erection, but they will still require increased stimulation to the penis. You may want to check with your doctor - sometimes it can be related to medications you are currently taking, or an illness, such as diabetes. The most important thing to know is to relax. Erections come and go, but they always come back!
