Inappropriate sinus tachycardia, had 2 sa node mods, 1 sa node cryoablation. meds don't work syncope, chest pains, 140bpm always, now looking at a ppm.?

Possibly: Most patients are able to have a successful ablation. You may be a candidate for a surgical or epicardial ablation. Medication combinations may also work. Make sure you have had your procedures done by an expert or multiple different doctors. Consider a university teaching center, if you have not already been to one.
