I do not here external voices but i do hear some commentaries in my head about my activity and i create a character and day dream is it schizophrenia ?

Voices : Not necessarily. For schizophrenia diagnosis you need to have hallucination, auditory or visual, as well as delusions ( false beliefs) plus disorganized speech or behaviors. Hearing commentaries inside of your head could also be part if depression, anxiety, ptsd or other psychiatric conditions. Talk to a psychiatrist.

Probably not: Schizophrenia is more complex with many other symptoms. Your concern suggests that you have other issues perhaps insecurities and might benefit from counseling. A non prescribing licensed therapist might help you identify your problems and refer you if they think a more complete psychiatric evaluation is in order.
