Drowsiness: Alcohol is one of the 3 major cause of fatal accident. When we are under the alcohol influence, our judgments are also compromised due to sedative effects of alcohol.

Yes and: Slow reaction time. This is one of the most dangerous things about mixing alcohol and driving. Driving requires us at times to make very quick decisions and act on them immediately. Alcohol slows this process (in addition to causing drowsiness). It also clouds our judgement, so we may make dangerous and faulty choices after drinking.
